Greetings, fellow humans 🖖
I am a UX designer elevating everyday interactions with dynamic designs.
Born and raised in Hawaii, currently based in Northern California.
My passion for refining my craft and finding new solutions shines through hands-on projects where I transform complexity into simple, engaging interfaces.
Before UX, I worked in IT, Software QA, and Project Management.
Problem-solving has always shaped how I approach challenges and create solutions. In IT, I uncovered root causes and crafted systems that were easier to use. QA sharpened my attention to detail, ensuring products met expectations. Project management taught me to collaborate, prioritize, and keep workflows efficient. These experiences built a strong foundation, but I wanted a creative outlet. UX became the ideal way to merge problem-solving with design to create meaningful solutions.
How Apple refined my skills and defined my path.
At Apple Retail, I connected directly with people, understood their frustrations, and found ways to improve their experiences. During the pandemic, I crafted a product video that looked just like an Apple commercial: elegant, smooth, and polished. Seeing people’s reactions was incredibly rewarding and made me realize how much I love creating solutions that solve problems and leave people gobsmacked. I live for moments that excite, inspire, and make people stop and take notice.
Why UX?
I design tools that make completing tasks so easy, they might seem lazy. Everyone should experience the clarity and ease of thoughtful design. UX lets me streamline tasks, remove friction, and make interactions feel effortless. I love blending creativity and functionality to create designs that deliver “wow” moments and leave users feeling excited and connected.
